These terms of use apply to the DayOne Media website and services, including website development, CRM setup, automations, advertising and content services.

By using our website or services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

1. Definitions

• "Client" or "you", the person or company using our website, forms or services.
• "Services", website development, CRM configuration, automations, advertising, content creation and consulting.
• "Third parties", external service providers we use in our work (CRM, email and SMS platforms, hosting, analytics).

2. Eligibility

To use the services, you must be at least 18 years old, have the right to enter into binding agreements, provide truthful information and use the services for lawful purposes.

3. Cooperation and payment

Scope of work, deadlines and price are set out in a separate offer or agreement. Advertising budget is not included in the service fee and stays in the client's account.

4. Client responsibilities

The client provides access to the required accounts, materials and information on time. Results also depend on the client's ability to respond to leads and serve customers.

5. Intellectual property

After full payment, the systems and materials created belong to the client. DayOne Media keeps the right to use work samples in its portfolio unless agreed otherwise.

6. Limitation of liability

We do not guarantee any specific revenue or number of customers. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

7. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms by publishing a new version on the website. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
